This one of a kind newborn girl outfit is made with a soft stretchy and breathable fabric. This outfit has a tutu tulle skirt attached to the outfit. It’s open back and has elastic at the sleeves. I added a vintage embroidery roses ribbon for the finishing touches. It includes a matching tie back headband.
