This one of a kind soft stretchy Tulle is three layers and it’s open back with a tie back tulle strips. It includes a matching bloomer and headband. For its finishing touches I added a handmade chiffon flowers. The outfit is size 12-18 months but it could fit up to two years old. If you have any questions please let me know.
